Instructions for use

How to use at home – eyelashes and eyebrows:

1. Remove makeup and impurities from the eye area, eyelashes, and eyebrows with Lovely Micellar Water.

2. Rinse off any residue using Lovely Cleansing Foam / Shampoo.

3. Gently apply NEO Elixir with a brush onto clean, prepared eyelashes or eyebrows.
To enhance the effect on eyebrows, you can use a cosmetic film (brow film).

*Processing time: 2–5 minutes.

4. Remove the residue first with a dry brush, then with a slightly damp cotton pad.

Recommended frequency:

For thin, damaged, or weakened eyelashes and eyebrows → use daily for 1–2 months.

For maintenance, growth, and thickening → use 3–4 times a week.

How to use during lamination or long-term styling:

1. Apply NEO Elixir on eyelashes/eyebrows with a brush after removing the second step or after tinting (if included in the treatment).

Using the film is not necessary.

*Processing time: 2–3 minutes.

2. Remove first with a dry cotton pad, then with a slightly damp one.

3. Then proceed with the application of the third step of the lamination or styling treatment.
